Click on your TRIUM group work assessment form on Moodle and complete the survey online.  

The study group assessment is an opportunity for you to give each other information about how you view others' contribution to your group work assignments.  It is a simple exercise where you rate your study group member’s level of effort on a scale of 1-10.  This information is confidential and reports contain only averages for individuals, groups, cohorts and the class.  The exercise is a structured opportunity to provide feedback to members of your study group.

Your individual, confidential, feedback from your team and the overall class and cohort results will be available to you upon request at the beginning of Module 2. This information is for you and your team to use to continue the development of effective group and teamwork.  You might also find the information useful when doing your leadership course at the beginning of the module.
